The NC Gold Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit group
dedicated to the preservation of the Gold and Heritage of North Carolina,
specifically in Marion NC. We are seeking sponsors for our Annual NC Gold
Festival.
This year the festival will again be at Tom Johnson’s
We are soliciting the participation of businesses for
financial support through sponsorships and to become vendors. We also want to
involve historians, churches, school groups, civic organizations and
individuals as volunteers and vendors in making this a true community
event. In this way, visitors will get a taste of what makes our part of
the state unique.

The Festival will be at Tom Johnson’s Rally Park featuring
Gold Mining Demonstrations of all types and the famous HIDDENITE
Display,
If you enjoy the festival, please visit the local mines and
really get a taste of gold mining.
Door Prizes:
Businesses, vendors, groups
or individuals desiring more recognition will be able to donate prizes to be
given away through out the day on Friday and Saturday.
All contributions
are eligible to be tax deductible the foundation is now a 501(c)(3). The value of benefit received by a donor must be
determined by his accountant.
Booth spaces will be 10X10
for Friday and Saturday.

NORTH CAROLINA
TERMS
- For the purposes of this document: the N.C. Gold
Festival is referred to as “Festival;” the
- NCGF retains the absolute right to accept or refuse
the involvement of any Sponsor in the Festival. NCGF also retains
the absolute right to exclude any products or material from being displayed
or offered for sale at the Festival if, in the discretion of NCGF, such
products or material are not in keeping with the family atmosphere of the
Festival.
- NCGF does not and cannot guarantee the numbers of
persons who will attend the Festival or the number Sponsors who will be
involved in the Festival. Any indication of the anticipated size of
the attendees or the number of Sponsors is merely a good faith estimate
and NCGF shall not be bound by any such estimate.
- NCGF does not and cannot guarantee whether any Sponsor
will realize any revenue or profit from involvement in the Festival and
makes no representation of any kind regarding financial realists for any
Sponsor.
- Sponsor waives and releases NCGF and Festival
(including without limitation the officers, directors, agents, volunteers
and employees of NCGF and Festival) from any and all claims whatsoever
(including without limitation financial loss, personal injury, property
damage, and all other types of costs and expenses, such as, for example, court
costs and attorney fees) regarding in any way the involvement of the
Sponsor in the Festival. Sponsor further holds harmless and agrees
to indemnify and defend NCGF and Festival (including without limitation
the officers, directors, agents, volunteers and employees of the NCGF and
Festival) from any and all claims whatsoever from attendees or others who
may suffer any loss, injury or harm in any way related to the Festival and
who thereafter assert any kind of claim whatsoever against NCGF and Festival
(including without limitation financial loss, personal injury, property
damage, and all other types of costs and expenses, such as, for example,
court costs and attorney fees).
- Sponsor accepts these terms and conditions and agrees
to be bound by them. Sponsor also understands that supplemental
rules and regulations may be added for logistics of the Festival at any
time, with the overall objective being to have a positive experience of
attendees and for Sponsor. Sponsor agrees to accept and abide by
such supplemental rules and regulations as made, in the good faith
discretion of NCGF and the Festival, by necessary or expedient to promote
such a positive experience for all involved.
- This document is the entire agreement of the parties
and supersedes and replaces any previous agreement, written or oral.
All matters and questions not specifically addressed in this document
shall be decided in the discretion of NCGF and the Festival
organizers. If any part hereof shall be declared invalid or unenforceable,
the remainder of the provisions shall continue in full force and
effect. This document shall be interpreted under the laws of the

the undersigned has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the
provisions hereof, and that the undersigned is authorized to enter into
this agreement, which shall become binding only upon acceptance by
NCGF. A photocopy or fax copy of this agreement, once signed, shall
have the same force and effect as the original.
